Hellloooo!! I’m Sarah.
I am a hair cutting, balayage and lived in look specialist. I’m Sarah, and I own @originshairstudio. Unimpressed with the typical salon experience, I decided to open my first studio space 8 years ago with the mission of bringing a holistic hair space to the valley.
I envisioned something that limited the use of plastics + toxic ingredients... and emphasized the use of safer products; both for you and the planet. I envisioned a private studio where people could truly relax and feel comfortable. Several years in, and I’m so thankful to be able to say I’ve doubled the size of my space while still being able to maintain that private experience. ❤️
I love cutting wavy, curly, and thick hair and I’m a sucker for balayage, pixies, layers, bangs, shags, mullets, bobs, and pops of vivid color. Helping my clients find easy ways to care for their hair is my FAVORITE!
My style of coloring and cutting allow me to truly tap into my artistry to give you a fully customized and low-maintenance look that will keep your hair healthy and looking great- even as it grows out.
